Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalizations and\or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore referring to the same.

Clients have the right to request copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the proviso of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s , with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and/or products
Silver State Token LLC is not a financial or banking institution and does not guarantee a return on ownership positions. All mining and any mineral discovery or mineral extraction is considered as force majeure having already been in existence and not impacted by any mechanical, chemical, or other such material transformation outside of what has occurred naturally.
Any monies or trades accepted by us from you comes as a free voluntary act with the understanding and knowledge claims may possess such little resources as to not create a credible return on cash for your ownership percentage.
Any assays or any exploration covered by Silver State Token or it’s assignees do not guarantee the entire plat system is uniformly distributed with the minerals identified and their percentages. Essays represent at the spot only and are used to make an educated guesstimate of the claims and the mineral extraction capacity and capabilities. Any assays or drilling or any such investigative actions are only designed to provide a reasonable understanding of what the claim might contain.
Modifications And Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the site.
